We are so excited to tell you that our New York talent Nafeesah Islam and Mei Chee were booked to be models on a Today Show segment. The segment is Un-Mommify Your Wardrobe!
The models will appear on the show this coming Tuesday, October 18th so be sure to tune in and look for them!
9 New York talent were booked for Talib Kwelis’ upcoming music video for the song “Idle Warship”. If you haven’t heard of him, he is a hip hop artist from Brooklyn. He’s performed on the Chapelle Show, and can be heard with Mos Def and Kanye West. The models that attend the video shoot will be paid, but the pay is TBD. We will get up a copy of the video once it is completed.
15 of our New York talent were booked to be featured extras in the upcoming feature film “Blue Caprice”. The film is starring Isaiah Washington (Grey’s Anatomy) and Tequan Richmond (Everybody Hates Chris). This film is about the DC Snipers….John and Lee Malvo.
The talent were booked for 3 different days for three different scenes. Be sure to look for them once the film is released!
We are so excited to let you know that 16 of our New York talent were requested to audition to be models for an upcoming Joseph Abboud campaign! The label has been around since 1986 and he was the first designer to win the CFDA award as Best Menswear Designer two years in a row.
His clothing can be found at the high end department store Nordstrom among others. If any of our guys are booked, they will be paid for the campaign. So far we know one of our talent has been requested for a callback!
New York talent Michael Carrier auditioned to play a football player for an upcoming video for Verizon. They were looking to cast an all American looking, muscled, tough male football player to act as their model.
If Michael is booked for the video shoot, he will be paid $350.00 per day for the 1-2 day shoot. Good luck Michael!
2 of our adorable New York girls had the experience of a lifetime. Erin Zou and Dae-Vonna Williams were booked to appear on the Kathie Lee and Hoda Show for one of their segments. The girls were modeling hair styles. Check out the video here!

New York talent Kyle Fields auditioned for a national commercial for a financial services company. If booked he will be paid $1,000.00 per day for the 2-3 day shoot. They were looking for experienced actors for the role of a tall, charismatic “Good Guy” in a non union national commercial, that is part of a new campaign by an existing brand. This will be a recurring role.
If Kyle is chosen, the spot will run in both 30 and 60 second commercial on national tv! Congratulations for getting selected for the auditon, Kyle! We’ll be crossing our fingers for you!
12 of our New York talent were requested to be in an upcoming music video for LexPryde. They were looking for male and female models and dance types for the video shoot. Here is one of the bands latest videos so you can check it out. 3 of our talent were used in the shoot.

15 of our New York boys ages 9-12 were requested to audition for an upcoming film. The story is about three friends who love being around each other and this night shows the magnitude of their relationship, but this relationship is tested when the father finds out they have been playing with things they shouldn’t be playing with, he takes his disciplining to great levels, causing a Friend’s Place to be revealed.
