3 of our Chicago talent ages 10-25 were requested my casting directors to audition for the psychological film “The Hazed”. The horror film is about a College sorority and a character named Kate who is struggling with confronting her past and dealing with initiation. As she is forced to do some unlikely things to get into this sorority Kate realizes that this is not your ordinary hazing. The film turns into a series of twists and turns as the sorority sisters torment Kate. Kate only turns to her friends Tyler and Hailey for care and understanding. Initiation week ends up being more than what Kate bargained for. The wicked ways of the sorority sisters is exposed and their vile and nasty ways of revenge, jealousy, make Kate realize that their view of reality is skewed.

Casting for principal roles and supporting roles is still in progress, and we wish our talent the best of luck to our talent with this project.

Los Angeles talent had the opportunity last week and this week to be on set as extras on the film “Vanished” starring “The OC” star Mischa Barton. 8 of our LA talent got the opportunity to brush shoulders with the film star.

“Vanished” is about a character named Sophia who is stuck in a gloomy world after the death of her parents. Sophia is certain that there is no hope to get out of the slumber, until she meets a man named Adam. After falling for him Adam mysteriously disappears. Determined to find Adam she goes after him to a haunted apartment building to search for his whereabouts. The tale explores Sophia’s battle with depression as she goes to find Adam even if it means getting over some of the downfalls of her past.

Actress and model Jourdan Lovett just booked herself a Music Video gig in Atlanta with a Def Jam artist. Hip Hop artist Jay-Z is the president of Def Jam, and L.A. Reid headlines as an executive at the label. Some popular music stars that are signed at the label include Rihanna, Ne-Yo, and Kanye West.

The music video is set to shoot on January 31st, 2012 at an undisclosed location. Jourdan will receive a flat rate for the shoot. We are excited to find out which artist Jourdan will get to work with!

MTV Laguna Beach and The Hills star Kristin Cavallari and her beau Chicago Bear Quarterback Jay Cutler are expecting their first child. E! News officially confirmed that after the couples on and off relationship the two are having a baby. No recent pictures or reports of Kristin as an expecting mother have been posted or confirmed.

With the new story being the biggest buzz around Hollywood, Kristin and Cutler have reconciled. Congrats to both!

Talent audition for the film “Visiting the Museum” in Chicago, Illinois! Casting directors requested 8 of our Chicago talent to audition for various roles in the film, which is about two best friends visiting a Egyptology area in a museum for a homework assignment. The boys in turn get in some trouble which causes unimaginable events to occur for both of the characters.

“Visiting the Museum” is a film directed by Nikola Stojkovic. His mission is to have a project that will inspire student actors and filmmakers. A partnership between Columbia College in Chicago and support in logistics from the University of Chicago creates a project which will astonish all audiences and filmmakers alike.

Demetrious O, a New York City, New York talent, recently landed himself a Montique International photo shoot. Once the photos are completed Demetrious will be featured on the company’s website. Montique International features clothing for both boys and men with various shit, dress shirt, dress pants, and sweater options.

Demetrious is booked to shoot this week and will be compensated a flat rate for the entire shoot.

A few months ago we had our talent on the set of the feature film “Secret Lives of Dorks”. Once again recently, 20 of our Los Angeles, California teens were booked to re-shoot a few shots of the film. “Secret Lives of Dorks” is a film created by Jim Belushi and Oscar Nominated Producer Steven World of “500 Days of Summer”, which starred A-list actors such as Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The film stars a character by the name of Samantha (a dorkette) who is in love with Payton (a dork) who is clearly obsessed with Carrie (a cheerleader), who in turn is dating the football captain Clark.

The story entails an almost triangular teenage love story between Clark, Payton, Carrie, and Samantha when a turn of events happens after a secret comic book meeting. With everyone liking someone else High School becomes an entangled teenage mess! Who’s secret get’s revealed? Who has the biggest secret? If you’re interested in finding out, look out for this amusing film which comes out this year!

The producers of the film “The First Fam” held auditions recently in which 6 of our Michigan talent were requested. The film is a captivating modern day American story about the difficult relationship between a 15 year old aspiring rapper, Jamal and his father African American President, Denzel James.

Delasha Entertainment was casting a few roles for the film and will be meeting with our talent this week.

Two of our young Dallas talent, Julia Adams and Johnathan S, were booked for the Ignite casting this past weekend!

Talent were paid the standard rates of $597.50 (full day) $388.50 (half day) per day! The kids were both on shoot for 3 days.

Big congratulations to Miami talent Mick Issacs was recently booked to be featured on TruTV show “South Beach Tow“! Mick was a part of the photo shoot last week, and the photos will be available shortly!  Also, he will be appearing on the show this upcoming season, playing an angry customer!

Mick did receive compensation  for the photo shoot as well! Be on the lookout for the new season set to air shortly!
